Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector.
- Prepared and delivered sales presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and develop customized HVAC solutions.
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Local to the San Francisco, CA area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Stable work history with demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
