Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector.
Prepared and delivered sales presentations to potential clients.
Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and develop customized HVAC solutions.
Estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications
Local to the San Francisco, CA area.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
Stable work history with demonstrated success in a similar role.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
