Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector, fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize your knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation and service, to offer expert advice and solutions to clients.
Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven stable work history within the Los Angeles area, demonstrating a commitment to the local market.
Minimum of three years in commercial HVAC installation or service, coupled with three years in HVAC sales and estimating.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls Metasys.
Proficiency in industry-related software, including Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
