We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Orange, CA. The ideal candidate should be a local expert with a proven track record, possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating. Proficiency in using Trimble AutoBid, coupled with a background in large commercial projects, is essential. Familiarity with Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements is highly desirable.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Estimation: Utilize your expertise to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Trimble AutoBid: Navigate and effectively use Trimble AutoBid software to streamline the estimation process.
  • Project Knowledge: Leverage your experience in large commercial projects to guide clients through the HVAC system selection process.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all proposed projects align with Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
  • Proposal Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the unique value propositions of our HVAC solutions.
  • Networking: Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating.
  • Familiarity with Trimble AutoBid software is essential.
  • Previous experience with large commercial projects.
  • Knowledge of Title 24, OSHPD, and HCAI requirements is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successful HVAC project sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of HVAC system components and their applications.
