Job Summary
We seek an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales to join our team in Orange, CA. In this role, you will be vital in expanding our market presence by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored HVAC solutions. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and establish contact with potential clients in assigned territories.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Research new accounts, generate leads, and pursue opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to spot emerging sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management, tracking progress and forecasting future sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the sales team.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a preference for candidates with expertise in commercial or industrial sectors.
  • Local and Stable Work History is a must.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing complex sales cycles.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with HVAC-specific software such as Autodesk Fabrication and familiarity with mechanical systems design.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
