Key Responsibilities
- Proactively establish and cultivate relationships with potential customers within assigned territories.
- Managed and grew relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Research new accounts, generate leads, and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new markets, technologies, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop tailored marketing and sales strategies for targeting specific regions or client demographics.
- Prepared and submitted accurate and timely sales reports to management, tracking performance and forecasting future sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with additional duties as required to support the overall success of the sales team.
- A high school diploma is required, but a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors.
- Local and Stable Work History is a must.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A track record of managing long sales cycles and building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fabrication or similar HVAC-specific software is preferred.
