Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging in-depth knowledge of HVAC solutions to effectively identify and meet client needs.
Project Estimation & Proposal Development: Accurately estimate project costs, materials, and labor for commercial HVAC projects, providing competitive and comprehensive proposals to clients.
Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance, to assess project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with installation teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve challenges.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and 3 years in HVAC sales and estimating.
Local, Stable Work History: Candidates must be local to the San Jose area and have a proven, stable work history in the commercial HVAC sector.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, and control systems.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) for accurate project planning and execution.
Effective Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused sales and project management approach.
