Job Summary

This role requires a candidate with deep industry knowledge, particularly in the commercial HVAC sector, and a stable, local work history. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in service coordination or dispatch roles within the commercial HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage and schedule HVAC service calls, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of service technicians to commercial job sites.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to manage expectations and provide updates on service requests.
Assist HVAC technicians with logistical support, ensuring they have the necessary information, tools, and materials to complete their tasks efficiently.
Maintained detailed service records, managed work orders, and ensured all service-related documentation was accurately filed and accessible.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve service delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
Proven stable work history in the San Francisco Bay Area and a strong local market understanding.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology and experience with industry-specific software.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
