Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule commercial HVAC service calls, ensuring timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Interface directly with clients, technicians, and internal teams to provide seamless communication and service.
- Manage the daily dispatch of technicians based on priority and location.
- Prepare and distribute work orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and available.
- Monitor service call progress, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, technician schedules, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the service manager and team to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
- Resolve any service-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance service quality.
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Service Coordinator, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Must be a local applicant.
- Stable work history showcasing reliability and commitment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service processes.
