Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator

Summary:
The Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance and emergency service requests for commercial HVAC systems in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with service technicians and facilities managers and a strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and emergency service requests for commercial HVAC systems
- Dispatch service technicians to job sites
- Track and monitor the progress of service requests
- Communicate with facilities managers and customers to keep them updated on the status of service requests
- Order and inventory HVAC parts and supplies
- Assist with the development and implementation of HVAC maintenance and service programs
- Provide technical support to service technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests and work completed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in a commercial HVAC service environment
- Experience working with service technicians and facilities managers
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE or EPA certification
- Experience using HVAC software programs
- Experience with building automation systems
