Job Title: HVAC Service Coordinator
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Summary

The HVAC Service Coordinator will manage service schedules, coordinate with technicians, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be local to the Bay Area, have a stable work history, and possess a minimum of five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls, dispatching technicians to various job sites.
  • Maintain and manage service records and customer files.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and track service performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Local to the Bay Area with the ability to commute to San Jose, CA.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and other relevant tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of local HVAC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in customer service and handling high-pressure situations.
