Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for commercial HVAC systems.
- Manage and prioritize service requests from customers.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor and manage inventory of service parts and materials.
