Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HVAC Service Manager in San Francisco, CA, to lead our dedicated team of technicians and office staff. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage medium to large teams of HVAC commercial service technicians and office staff. Provide mentorship, training, and support to ensure optimal team performance and development, focusing on dispatch coordinators.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of HVAC services with a keen eye on large applied equipment, including large tonnage package units, chillers, boilers, and VRFs. Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor profit and revenue streams, ensuring that all services are delivered within budget while maximizing profitability. Provide regular reports and insights on financial performance.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to industry safety regulations and protocols. Conduct regular safety audits and training to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with account managers to maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of HVAC service experience, with a strong focus on sizeable applied equipment such as chillers, boilers, VRFs, and large tonnage package units.
  • Proven experience in managing medium to large HVAC commercial service teams and office staff. Demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members, particularly in dispatch coordination.
  • Strong understanding of profit and revenue management in a commercial HVAC setting. Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC industry safety standards and regulations, with a track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and have a stable work history, demonstrating long-term commitment and reliability in previous roles.
