Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the San Jose area.
- Generate leads and secure commercial HVAC service contracts.
- Conduct site visits to assess needs and offer tailored HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including estimates and timelines.
- Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and renew existing contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to San Jose, CA.
- At least three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems and market demands.
