Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing tailored HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC service solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, including estimating costs and determining project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
  • Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA.
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and three years in sales and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, services, and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to present complex information.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
  •  Existing connections in the commercial HVAC industry are a plus.
