Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market, fostering relationships with potential clients and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to client specifications.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support and effectively addressing their HVAC needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service, coupled with three or more years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Competence in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of the Los Angeles commercial HVAC market, with a preference for candidates with a stable work history in the area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated stability and success in previous roles within the Los Angeles area.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strategic approach to business development.
- Strong attention to detail in preparing estimates and managing project documentation.
