Job Summary
We seek an HVAC Service/Project Sales in Ventura, CA, to manage client relationships, oversee service operations, and drive business growth. This role combines sales expertise and technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, focusing on client retention and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and managing their service needs.
- Lead Account Coordinators, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Oversee high-priority HVAC service calls and ensure timely resolutions.
- Review quotes and invoices before client submission for accuracy.
- Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Stay current on HVAC products/services to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Track client contracts and renewals and generate progress reports.
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
- 5+ years in a management role, overseeing teams and client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HVAC industry certifications are preferred.
