- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and presentations for commercial HVAC projects and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and are technically viable.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and seminars to expand industry connections and knowledge.
- Keep a pulse on the latest HVAC technologies, solutions, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to understand client needs and challenges better.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
- Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring robust after-sales support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and project sales.
- Must be a local applicant with a deep understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area market dynamics.
- Stable work history highlighting a trajectory of success and reliability.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, solutions, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and site evaluations.
