Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

We are expanding our footprint in the market and are searching for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service/Project Sales professional to spearhead our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and presentations for commercial HVAC projects and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and are technically viable.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and seminars to expand industry connections and knowledge.
  • Keep a pulse on the latest HVAC technologies, solutions, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
  • Conduct site visits and evaluations to understand client needs and challenges better.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
  • Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring robust after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and project sales.
  • Must be a local applicant with a deep understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area market dynamics.
  • Stable work history highlighting a trajectory of success and reliability.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, solutions, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and site evaluations.
