Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and presentations for commercial HVAC projects and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and are technically viable.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and seminars to expand industry connections and knowledge.
Keep a pulse on the latest HVAC technologies, solutions, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
Conduct site visits and evaluations to understand client needs and challenges better.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring robust after-sales support.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and project sales.
Must be a local applicant with a deep understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area market dynamics.
Stable work history highlighting a trajectory of success and reliability.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, solutions, and industry best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and site evaluations.
