This role involves maintaining client relationships, overseeing high-priority service calls, and driving sales for service and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and managing service/project needs.
- Oversee high-priority service calls and ensure timely, accurate resolutions.
- Manage an Account Coordinator and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, retaining existing clients and generating new business.
- Prepare and review quotes, invoices, and contracts.
- Meet sales KPIs and drive business development.
- Maintain accurate client records and stay current with industry trends.
- 10+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
- 5+ years in management, focusing on B2B sales and customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Experience with HVAC CRM tools like Service Titan, Service Channel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- HVAC certifications and advanced organizational abilities.
