Qualifications
  • 10+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
  • 5+ years in management, focusing on B2B sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with HVAC CRM tools like Service Titan, Service Channel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • HVAC certifications and advanced organizational abilities.
