Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the timeline and logistics of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Drawing and Specification Analysis: Proficiently read and redline CAD and spool drawings to identify and address potential issues before they impact project timelines.
- Field and Fabrication Oversight: Apply hands-on knowledge from field and shop experience to oversee and guide project fabrication processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders regarding project status and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior hands-on field and fabrication experience in sheet metal and HVAC required.
- Education: High school diploma required; further education in project management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in reading and redlining CAD and spool drawings.
