The ideal candidate will possess a rich background in the start-up, service, and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems, with specialized expertise in VRF systems. Key Responsibilities:

  1. HVAC/VRF Start-Up: Execute start-up processes for new installations, ensuring systems run efficiently from the outset.
  2. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and VRF systems to detect faults and issues.
  3. Commissioning: Lead the commissioning process for HVAC systems, guaranteeing optimal functionality and efficiency.
  4. Repairs & Maintenance: Provide timely service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, with a focus on VRFs, chillers, and boilers.
  5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all service visits, including details of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
  6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and industry safety standards and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  7. Customer Service: Offer unparalleled service to clients by explaining the nature of work, providing maintenance advice, and ensuring client satisfaction post-service.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 9 years of commercial HVAC service, start-up, and commissioning experience.
  2. Proven expertise in VRF system start-up.
  3. Preferred experience with chillers and boilers.
  4. EPA certification required.
  5. Clean driving record.
  6. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
  7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
