HVAC Superintendent [commercial construction]

Overview
Supervise and manage commercial construction projects' HVAC scope. Oversee multiple foremen, installers, and subcontractors when needed on one or multiple medium and large commercial construction projects ensuring local, state, and federal building, safety, and QC requirements.
Responsibilities
Forecast, plan, project, and track manpower and materials requirements, ensure project timelines are met, and establish baseline labor hours for the development chart of accounts for the projects.
Ensure timely project completion, general safety, productivity, schedules, and coordination with other project leaders. Communicate effectively with contractors and other trades.
Maximize field productivity by taking material takeoffs, placing orders for tools, materials, and equipment.
Work with Projects, Estimating, and BIM/Detailing departments and inspectors, vendors, and suppliers.
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience
3+ years of Superintendent experience managing crews of 10 or more
Local and stable work history
Nice to have
Construction, HVAC, and Safety Certifications and Licenses
Associates or higher in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
