Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated and knowledgeable Industrial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role drives sales for ductwork, sheet metal products, and industrial dust collection and exhaust systems within the commercial and industrial HVAC sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and offering expert solutions that meet our clients' technical demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue and develop new business opportunities to grow industrial HVAC systems, ductwork, and sheet metal product sales. Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering solutions that align with their project specifications.
  • Leverage your technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including duct fabrication, industrial exhaust, and dust collection systems, to provide expert recommendations and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Use this information to position our products effectively and enhance sales performance.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, production, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial products, with proven expertise in ductwork, industrial exhaust systems, and dust collection systems.
  • Technical proficiency in HVAC systems and the ability to translate this knowledge into successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential; experience with Autodesk Fabrication or similar industry software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
  • A local and stable work history in the Los Angeles market is required, as well as an understanding of the regional commercial and industrial HVAC industry.
