Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on large-scale HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, package units, and split systems.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex HVAC issues, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for various commercial clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, upholding safety protocols and quality standards in all service activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on system performance, recommended repairs, and ongoing maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, maintaining EPA Universal Certification.
- Local and stable work history within the Riverside area demonstrates a consistent commercial HVAC service background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with high-capacity HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, package units, split systems, and VRF systems.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience guiding teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
- Availability to travel to various job sites throughout Riverside and surrounding areas as needed.
