Job Title: Logistics & Fleet Supervisor
Location: Orange, CA

Overview
We seek a highly organized Logistics & Fleet Supervisor to oversee our transportation and fleet operations in Orange, CA. This role ensures efficient fleet management, timely deliveries, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including fleet scheduling, routing, and transportation of HVAC products and materials.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in optimizing warehouse and distribution processes.
  • Train and supervise drivers and logistics personnel to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Track and analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve fleet performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet maintenance, and transportation logistics.
  • Experience with fleet management software and logistics tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice-to-Haves
  • HVAC, construction, or manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience with ERP or logistics management software.
  • CDL certification is a plus.
Location & Work Environment
  • Based in Orange, CA, working onsite in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Combination of office, warehouse, and fieldwork overseeing fleet and logistics operations.
  • Occasional travel may be required to ensure fleet and supplier operations run smoothly.
