Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage 5 to 10 active commercial mechanical projects simultaneously.
Utilize estimating and scheduling software to plan and track project progress.
Coordinate with field teams and fabrication units to ensure seamless project execution.
Engage hands-on with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Participate in project design and construction phases, particularly in mission-critical data center environments.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
A resident of Phoenix, Arizona, with a stable work history.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on field experience in plumbing, piping, or sheet metal on commercial projects.
Proficiency in estimating and scheduling software.
Strong understanding of field coordination and fabrication processes.
Experience in mission-critical data center projects is highly desirable.
