Responsibilities
Outside sales role focused on consistently winning new target accounts.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets.
Gain an understanding of our products and services, and have a consistent follow-up process.
Meet with, call, email, and correspond with company leadership of target accounts on an ongoing basis
Review, complete and submit new business paperwork.
Requirements
Three or more years of outside business to business payroll sales experience.
Proven track record with top-sales performance
Outstanding presentation skills and ability to understand client needs and make thoughtful recommendations.
Advanced CRM & opportunity tracking experience
Nice to Haves
Although this is an outside sales position, the top-performing salespeople consistently have a high level of activity, so employees promoted from Inside Sales to Outside Sales are preferred.
Strong financial and mechanical understanding. A large part of this sales process is analyzing and explaining contracts.
