Plumbing & HVAC Project Executive [commercial construction]

Overview

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for active and upcoming plumbing and HVAC projects. Responsible for sales, preconstruction, estimating, account management, project management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee one or multiple large plumbing and HVAC projects, develop new business, build and maintain relationships with building owners and general contractors, manage and train multiple project management team members, among other tasks. 
Collaborate with leadership, engineering, detailing, estimating, field, purchasing, and other divisions to ensure successful completion of projects.
Work with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives.
Develop value engineering and equipment buyout strategies.
Review and approve schedules, labor reports, and change orders.

Requirements

15+ years working for a medium or large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction company.
3+ years in a leadership role 
Large plumbing and HVAC project experience (10 million+)
Local and stable work-history.

Nice to Have

Prior hands-on commercial plumbing and HVAC installation experience.
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management
Plumbing & HVAC, EIT, or PE Licenses.
LEED AP Certification
Construction software experience: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Glue, MS Project, BlueBeam, Primavera, Timberline, Procore, Prolog, Quickpen, Trimble Autobid, among other similar applications.
Familiarity with construction accounting.
