Plumbing Project Coordinator [commercial construction]

Job Summary
Assist project management team with coordination, permitting, planning and administering contracts, estimating, project delivery schedules, quality control, identifying risks, among other tasks.
Requirements
2+ years of commercial construction experience working in project coordination, administration, or similar.
Local and stable work history.
Nice to Have
Commercial plumbing experience.
Associates or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
Construction software experience: MS Project, BlueBeam, Primavera, Timberline, Procore, Prolog, Quickpen, Trimble Autobid, among other similar applications.
Familiarity with construction accounting.
