Job Title: Plumbing Sales/Assistant Project Manager

Summary:
We seek a highly motivated Plumbing Sales/Assistant Project Manager with a robust understanding of commercial plumbing, specifically tenant improvement and special projects. This role suits candidates with a strong construction management or mechanical engineering background and a passion for sales, estimating, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales strategies, prepare estimates, and engage with clients to secure projects.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
- Apply advanced plumbing skills and knowledge to manage and troubleshoot project-specific plumbing needs.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for project planning and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in commercial plumbing, especially in tenant improvement and special projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid preferred.
