Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Plumbing Sales/Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial plumbing, specifically for tenant improvement and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales, estimating, project management, and advanced plumbing knowledge background.

Responsibilities:
  • Managed and oversaw plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Perform accurate and detailed project estimations and prepare bids.
  • Drive sales efforts to secure new projects and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project to plan, track, and report on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing, focusing on tenant improvement and special projects.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the plumbing or construction industry.
  • Strong estimating skills and experience preparing detailed project bids.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with Trimble AutoBid and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior field experience in plumbing or construction management is a plus but optional.
  • Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Additional certifications in project management or plumbing are a plus.
