Job Title: Plumbing Sales/Project Manager

Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Plumbing Sales/Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial plumbing, specifically for tenant improvement and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales, estimating, project management, and advanced plumbing knowledge background.
Responsibilities:
Managed and oversaw plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Perform accurate and detailed project estimations and prepare bids.
Drive sales efforts to secure new projects and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project to plan, track, and report on project progress.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing, focusing on tenant improvement and special projects.
Proven track record in sales and business development within the plumbing or construction industry.
Strong estimating skills and experience preparing detailed project bids.
Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with Trimble AutoBid and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
Prior field experience in plumbing or construction management is a plus but optional.
Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Additional certifications in project management or plumbing are a plus.
