Title: Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Prepare and submit change orders and RFIs, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting team growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing and HVAC project management.
- Proven track record of managing large commercial projects, especially in hospitals, data centers, labs, schools, and universities.
- Strong proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction estimating and scheduling software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Local to Honolulu with a stable work history.
- Advanced knowledge in medical gas systems and other specialized plumbing/HVAC applications.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Experience in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
