  • Lead and manage all aspects of plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Prepare and submit change orders and RFIs, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting team growth.


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing and HVAC project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large commercial projects, especially in hospitals, data centers, labs, schools, and universities.
  • Strong proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction estimating and scheduling software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Local to Honolulu with a stable work history.
  • Advanced knowledge in medical gas systems and other specialized plumbing/HVAC applications.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
