Job Title: HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager
Location: Sacramento, CA

Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial mechanical projects throughout the Sacramento region. In this role, you'll manage every aspect of project delivery—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle HVAC and plumbing projects across commercial and institutional developments.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources while identifying and resolving project challenges.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and code compliance.
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Utilize tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project planning and reporting.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and plumbing projects in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal.
  • Proficiency with construction tech: Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Navisworks.
  • Based in the Sacramento area (or willing to relocate for a long-term opportunity).
