Commercial Plumbing Preconstruction Director

Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal (includes prefabrication, estimating, preconstruction, field and project team, among others) and external stakeholders (including general and subcontractors, architects, and engineers, among others) for upcoming and pre-existing projects understanding risks, ensuring final bids, budgets, and active projects are in alignment with company and customer expectations.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and build/develop proposals clearly defining plumbing scope of work with customers (GC & building owners), suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Determine future hiring needs based on current and upcoming workloads, monitor field productivity rates, complete employee evaluations, and assist with internal growth within the company.
Requirements
16+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including leadership, preconstruction, estimating, employee and customer development, and budgeting responsibilities.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or equivalent field and management experience.
Large commercial plumbing projects (including plan-spec, design-build, design-assist, & negotiated) experience (10 million+), including mixed-use, high rises, schools, airports, data centers, labs, among others.
Local and stable work history.
