Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Plumbing-HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all engineering-related activities in our commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects, from the design phase through to the completion.


  1. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of all commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
  2. Use software such as Bluebeam and MS Project to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budget.
  3. Coordinate with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Ensure the application of engineering principles and standards in all project activities.
  5. Review project plans and proposals and work with management to develop project objectives; identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project.
  6. Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.


  1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management is required.
  2. A stable work history with a minimum of [specific number of years] experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing project management.
  3. Extensive knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Project, and other relevant software.
  4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
