Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Plumbing-HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all engineering-related activities in our commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects, from the design phase through to the completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of all commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
- Use software such as Bluebeam and MS Project to effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure the application of engineering principles and standards in all project activities.
- Review project plans and proposals and work with management to develop project objectives; identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project.
- Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management is required.
- A stable work history with a minimum of [specific number of years] experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing project management.
- Extensive knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Project, and other relevant software.
