Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will be a resident with a stable work history and at least five years of experience managing large-scale projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee large-scale projects such as hospitals, schools, airports, data centers, high-rises, hotels, and arenas.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, focusing on large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, construction practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
