Job Summary
We seek a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be semi-local, possess a clean driving record, and have over five years of experience in refrigeration service and repair. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service and repair on market refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, reach-ins, coolers, ice machines, and rack systems.
  • Diagnosed and troubleshot refrigeration and HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure proper functionality and prevent breakdowns.
  • Handle installation of new refrigeration systems and related HVAC units, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical details to clients and offering advice on system maintenance and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including service vehicles and job sites.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergency service requests.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in refrigeration service and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of market refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, reach-ins, coolers, ice machines, and rack systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems such as package units, splits, and VRFs is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
