Job Summary
We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our San Francisco, CA team. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history who brings a wealth of expertise in mechanical project management. This role requires at least five years of experience managing large HVAC and sheet metal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Led and managed large-scale HVAC and sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals were met within the specified timeline and budget.
- Oversee and coordinate with project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal, and building automation systems to provide technical guidance and solve complex issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a stable work history.
- Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically within the HVAC and sheet metal industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
