Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Manager

Job Summary
We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial HVAC projects in Orange, CA. This role is suited for individuals with a proven track record in managing complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, and building automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the mechanical construction sector and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects, including design, estimation, and installation, from inception to completion.
  • Provide expertise on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize MS Project and other project management tools to monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely problem-solving.
  • Implement stringent quality control measures and use software like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore to ensure that designs and installations meet client specifications and local regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HVAC project management within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proficient in HVAC technologies such as chillers, boilers, and piping systems, as well as building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
  • Technical expertise in software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Trimble AutoBid for project design and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Local and stable work history in the Orange, CA area, with a deep understanding of regional building codes and regulations.
