Position Overview

We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior HVAC Service-Project Sales professional to join our team in Riverside, CA. This high-impact role requires a strong background in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in both technical and client-facing aspects. The ideal candidate will have a stable, local work history and a proven track record of success in the commercial HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of HVAC systems, service contracts, and related solutions for commercial projects.
  • Manage the estimating process, providing accurate and competitive bids for HVAC installation, service, and retrofit projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including facility managers, general contractors, and building owners, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Offer in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, ventilation, and associated controls. Provide support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to post-installation service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and service technicians, to ensure successful execution and follow-through.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years in commercial HVAC installation, service, and sales, with at least 5 years of experience estimating and bidding for HVAC projects.
  • Proficiency with HVAC systems and related technologies, including chillers, boilers, building automation, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with estimating and project management software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong preference for local candidates with a consistent, stable work history in the commercial mechanical construction industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
