Position Summary
We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service Sales professional to join our San Francisco team. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial HVAC background, focusing on service, sales, and estimating. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients through comprehensive HVAC service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of HVAC service contracts and projects.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate potential clients' needs and prepare detailed estimates for HVAC service and repair projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Qualifications
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation or service experience and 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales and estimating experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, service, and repair, focusing on commercial applications.
  • Proven track record in sales, able to close deals and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and meet clients' needs while providing exceptional service.
