Job Overview
We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service/Project Sales professional to lead client relations and drive business development in Los Angeles. You will manage key accounts, oversee high-priority service calls, and ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through the completion of commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC expert with a proven sales and customer service track record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and meeting client needs.
  • Oversee an Account Coordinator to ensure smooth client communications.
  • Drive business growth by retaining clients and securing new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project and service execution.
  • Resolved client issues and managed high-priority service calls.
  • Review quotes and invoices for accuracy before client submission.
  • Meet sales KPIs and generate reports for clients and senior leaders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
  • 5+ years in a management role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo) and tools like Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Industry certifications and experience with Service Titan are preferred.
  • Local and stable work history required.
