Job Overview
We seek an experienced Senior HVAC Service/Project Sales professional to lead client relations, manage high-priority HVAC service projects, and drive new business in the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving concerns and ensuring project success.
- Manage high-priority service calls and lead the Account Coordinator in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee quotes, invoices, and after-hours service calls for top clients.
- Drive business development through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Generate progress reports for senior leadership and meet sales KPIs.
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC field experience.
- 5+ years of management experience in a commercial HVAC office setting.
- Vital customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo) and sales tools (Service Titan).
- HVAC industry certifications and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering client satisfaction.
