Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and performance data to assess system requirements accurately.
Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
Educate clients on basic troubleshooting, system maintenance, and energy-saving techniques.
Stay current with the latest advancements and best HVAC service and repair practices.
Strictly adhere to safety regulations and company protocols on all projects.
Maintain accurate job documentation, including service reports, timesheets, and expense reports.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair, particularly with large systems.
EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including tools and industry best practices.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical data, blueprints, and schematics.
Demonstrated record of a local and stable work history.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Resides in or is willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
