Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, EPA Universal Certification, and a clean driving record. This role requires extensive experience with various types of HVAC equipment, including oversized cargo applied systems, package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about system conditions, necessary repairs, and available options.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC systems and refrigerants regulations.
Mentor and train junior technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Resident in Riverside, CA, or surrounding areas.
Stable work history with demonstrated experience in the HVAC industry.
EPA Universal Certification.
Clean driving record.
Extensive experience working on large tonnage applied HVAC equipment, such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex HVAC system issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
