Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in the beautiful city of Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the management of plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with OSHPD/HCAP requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, including procurement and subcontractor management.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality, making necessary adjustments as required.
