Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive sales efforts for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring strong client relationships and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Project Estimating & Bidding: Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals based on technical assessments and project scope requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budget control, and quality assurance, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business within the local market, positioning the company as a preferred HVAC solutions provider.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, local market conditions, and client needs to drive strategic sales and project management initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation or service experience and 3+ years in sales and estimating within the commercial HVAC industry.
- Local Expertise: Proven history of success in the San Francisco Bay Area with a stable and progressive work history.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard estimating and project management software, including Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD or Revit for HVAC designs.
- Knowledge of HVAC Systems: In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, duct work, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
