Location: Riverside, CA
Role Overview:
This role requires a local candidate with a stable work history, EPA Universal certification, a clean driving record, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service. Proficiency in working with air, water, screw, and centrifugal chillers, as well as diagnosing and repairing large RTUs (20-200+ tons), boilers, VRFs, and other significant mechanical equipment, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and Repair: Conduct service, repair, and teardown of various HVAC systems, including but not limited to air, water, screw, and centrifugal chillers.
- Diagnosis: Diagnose and repair large RTUs (20-200+ tons), boilers, VRFs, and other substantial mechanical equipment.
- Equipment Familiarity: Demonstrate proficiency in working with HVAC equipment from various manufacturers, including Johnson Controls, Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi, among others.
- Manufacturer Training: Possess training and certifications from HVAC equipment manufacturers, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service, repair, and teardown.
- Certifications: EPA Universal certification is mandatory.
- Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record.
- Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with air, water, screw, and centrifugal chillers. Ability to diagnose and repair large RTUs (20-200+ tons), boilers, VRFs, and other significant mechanical equipment.
