Responsibilities

In charge of complex plumbing and HVAC projects. Responsible for budget and scheduled timelines. Ensures that work performed and materials used comply with applicable codes and standards.
Lead the complex design and engineering of commercial plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems.
Review and approval of load calculations and engineering on multiple projects before submittals
Work closely with senior management, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements

Bachelors or higher in Mechanical Engineering
PE License
Eight or more years of Plumbing-HVAC design and engineering experience
Hands-on working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BlueBeam
Local and stable work-history

Nice to Haves

Advanced knowledge of state building codes
Experience with Navisworks Manage, Trane Trace 700, Carrier HAP, eQuest, EnergyPro, BIM360, Glue, among other applications
