Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Commercial HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive sales initiatives for high-end HVAC mechanical equipment, with a strong focus on solutions for data centers and vital infrastructure.
  • Offer expert technical guidance and custom solutions to clients, ensuring their specific HVAC requirements are met with precision.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, providing exceptional consultative sales support.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively highlighting the advantages of our HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to craft bespoke solutions for intricate HVAC applications.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to guide and inform future product development and innovation strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to the successful closing of deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Significant experience in sales engineering, focusing on complex HVAC mechanical systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, including expertise in chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other specialized equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in handling projects related to data centers and their distinctive HVAC needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in the design and installation of HVAC systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Up-to-date with current industry standards and regulations.
