Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of HVAC and sheet metal projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians and sheet metal workers to foster high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and enforce strict quality and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to streamline project activities and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project details, including workforce performance, project timelines, and compliance with all regulations.
- Cultivate a work environment focused on safety and continuous improvement, encouraging team feedback and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in HVAC and sheet metal installation and maintenance, including a leadership background in these fields.
- Preferably experienced in non-union contractor settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage skilled trade teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects related to HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
- Valid driver’s license required with the willingness to travel locally as needed.
