Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of HVAC and sheet metal projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians and sheet metal workers to foster high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and enforce strict quality and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to streamline project activities and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project details, including workforce performance, project timelines, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Cultivate a work environment focused on safety and continuous improvement, encouraging team feedback and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in HVAC and sheet metal installation and maintenance, including a leadership background in these fields.
  • Preferably experienced in non-union contractor settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage skilled trade teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects related to HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license required with the willingness to travel locally as needed.
